DALOG Diagnosesysteme GmbH develops solutions and systems for online condition monitoring to proactively anticipate maintenance needs. The use of innovative technologies and years of experience enable our experts to provide a detailed overview to assess the condition and performance of the machine. The DALOG DiagnosticCenter supports hundreds of customers worldwide to help them reduce machine downtimes and extend the service life of the machines. DALOG relies on its own development team to create new sensors, as well as develop and provide data loggers and software products.
We are expanding our team in the production area and are looking for a motivated new member to join us. This position is based in Neusaess, Bayern, Germany. Candidates must be fluent in German.
Day to day:
Logistics - Execute the complete shipping process including creation of all necessary documents: delivery notes, invoices, export accompanying documents, supplier declarations, certificates of origin, internal quality certificates. Carry out conformity tests and their coordination with external partners. Internal support for sales, service and accounting. Complete shipments of goods and hand them over to the logistics service provider.
Procurement of goods - Execute orders for goods, track them until they arrive at our premises as well as the arrival and departure outgoing bookings in our ERP system SAP Business One.
Accounting and warehouse logistics - Enter and book goods movements in SAP. Create and book supplier and customer invoices.”
Your tools:
We use current MS Office solutions and SAP Business One to carry out our tasks, self-developed software and the cloud platforms of our logistics partners.
Profile:
Completed training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant.
Experience in international order and shipping processing
Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
You are communicative, well organized and used to structured work even under time pressure and are experienced in using SAP Business One and the essential programs of the MS Office package.
You speak German and English. Other foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish) are an advantage.
Existing specialist knowledge and experience in the area would be an advantage, ideally also when dealing with organizations such as the IHK and the VDMA.
